Charge: To represent the interests and concerns of the library support
staff community on status, salary, pay equity and related matters; to
interact with other working groups in order to promote our collective
knowledge of and appreciation for the single largest and lowest paid segment
of library workers; and to use all means available to communicate with
library support staff so that we may solicit comments and suggestions,
disseminate information, develop tools and training, and provide mutual
support and encouragement.
